In fact, Father\nLiboire KAGABO, the Legal Representative launched a Questionnaire two months\nago, to give advice and considerations of how to improve the functioning of the\nUniversity. For the first month, only one person gave his opinion, Mr. Gaspard\nNIRAGIRA. An extension of one month was granted and three people added: Mr.\nSylv\u00e8re KABWA, Madam Perp\u00e9tue MIGANDA, and Mr. Olympe NIRAGIRA. In all, four\npeople. Unfortunately, we were unable to open Olympe NIRAGIRA’s document.
